Why flat pricing instead of per-seat?
We don't want you deciding whether Marco gets a login. Every rep, PM, and admin gets a seat, always. One flat price covers all five branches in the Full Suite — unlimited users.
How does the Member tier work?
Member is the tier above Full Suite: everything the Full Suite has, plus membership. It's $99/mo billed yearly ($1,188/yr) or $129/mo month-to-month. Membership gets you member rates on every automation in our marketplace ($25–$40/mo instead of $55–$70/mo), the priority queue when new integrations ship, first access to new dashboards, and a direct line to the product team.
What's the Locations tier?
It's for companies running multiple locations. You get everything in Member plus multi-location rollups and owner-level reporting across every location and branch. Reach out and we'll scope it with you.
Do I need to switch my current software to use Noisy?
No. Full Suite and Member both connect to the tools you already use (JobNimbus, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Google Sheets) — you connect them yourself in minutes with a connection code. Noisy reads from them, doesn't replace them.
Yearly or month-to-month?
Both plans are cheaper billed yearly: Full Suite is $47/mo billed yearly ($564/yr) instead of $59/mo, and Member is $99/mo billed yearly ($1,188/yr) instead of $129/mo. Month-to-month cancels anytime; yearly locks your rate for the year.
