Privacy Policy
Plain English, like everything else we do. This covers the marketing site at noisyco.com.
Effective date: September 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Noisy AI (“Noisy,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through our marketing website at noisyco.com (the “Site”). It does not cover the Noisy product application at app.noisyco.com (the “App”) — the App's data practices are governed separately by your customer agreement. For completeness: the App measures the same kind of aggregate usage through the same provider, currently six product events (signup started, signup completed, checkout started, checkout completed, integration connected, KPI entered), and what happens to that data is covered by your customer agreement rather than this policy.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect on the Site is what you submit through our contact form:
- Name and company name
- Email address and phone number
- Role / job title and inquiry type
- Your message
- Your browser's user-agent string (collected automatically with the submission, for basic spam and abuse troubleshooting)
We also collect aggregate usage measurements through Vercel Web Analytics. For each visit that means:
- Which pages were viewed, and when
- Which of a short list of buttons were clicked (today: the pricing plan buttons, with the plan and billing cycle chosen)
- The referring site or campaign that sent you to us
- Approximate location, at country and region level only — never a street address or precise coordinates
- Operating system, browser, and device class (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- A hash computed from your IP address and browser user-agent, used to count unique visitors. The hash rotates daily and the IP address itself is not stored.
These measurements are cookieless: nothing is written to your device and nothing follows you to other websites. We never receive your name, email, or an advertising profile alongside them, and we don't try to identify you from them. We won't overclaim beyond that — a daily hash of IP and user-agent is pseudonymous rather than anonymous, so a single visitor's same-day activity is grouped together, and technical data of this kind can in principle be correlated with other records. Because the hash changes every day and we hold nothing to correlate it against, we have no practical way to link it to a person.
We don't collect anything else on the Site. There's no account creation and no checkout on the marketing pages.
How we store it
Contact form submissions are stored in our database (Supabase), hosted in the United States (us-east-1 region). Access is limited to the Noisy team members who need it to respond to inquiries.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry — by email, SMS/text, or phone, consistent with what the contact form states when you submit it — to route your request to the right person on our team, and to keep basic records of who has reached out to us. We do not use contact-form submissions for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to you, unless you separately opt in to something else.
What we don't do
Honesty is part of how we operate, so to be direct:
- No advertising or cross-site tracking. The Site runs no ad pixels, no retargeting tags, and no third-party trackers. The one measurement tool we do run (Vercel Web Analytics — the full list of what it records is above) reports in aggregate, builds no advertising profile, and cannot follow you to other sites.
- No tracking cookies. We don't set cookies to track you across visits or across other sites — and as of the effective date, the Site sets no cookies at all.
- No selling data. We never sell, rent, or trade your information to data brokers or third parties.
- No newsletter without consent. We won't add you to a marketing list unless you clearly opt in.
Who sees your information
Your contact-form submission is visible to Noisy team members handling sales and support inquiries. We also rely on infrastructure providers that process data only as needed to run the Site: Supabase (database hosting, US us-east-1) and Vercel (website hosting and the aggregate analytics described above). We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Data retention
We retain contact-form submissions for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.
Your choices: access and deletion
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@noisyco.com and we'll take care of it.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business use by adults in the roofing and construction trades. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
The Noisy App is different
If you become a Noisy customer and use the App at app.noisyco.com, a separate set of data practices applies — including how we connect to and handle data from your CRM, QuickBooks, and other integrations you authorize. Those practices are described in your customer agreement, not this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
